Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are made without sulfates, parabens or synthetic fragrance, and are dermatologist tested. If you have a specific skin condition, we recommend a patch test before first use.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes. We never test on animals, and we do not work with suppliers who do.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Can I return a product?

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our shipping and returns page for details.

How do subscriptions work?

Choose "Subscribe and save" on a product page to receive it every 4 or 8 weeks at a lower price. You can pause or cancel at any time from your account.

How should I store my products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most products are best used within 12 months of opening.
