We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will send you a return label and instructions. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skin care, hair care or makeup products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next order is processed.
